How it starts and how we work

Session 1

We start by talking about you, your blocks, and your goals.

And to help you in a very concrete way, I want to understand everything about your business.

So I ask you a series of questions. We talk about your offers, your marketing strategy, your sales strategy, your numbers… we go through all of it.

After this first session, I start to understand your situation better, the risks your business faces, its needs, and so on.

Between session 1 and session 2

I lock myself in my office and find “the business behind your business.”

I think hard about your business for hours. I figure it out. I make diagrams, drawings, and written summaries. Then I shape it all so I can explain it to you clearly.

Session 2

I start by sharing your “hidden business” with you, in other words, the real constraint of your type of business.

Let’s imagine you have a gym.


The real constraint is getting people to want to pay for access to torture machines that make them suffer, force them to change their habits, and make them work, all so they hit small goals within several weeks or several months.


The hard part is not maintaining the machines or cleaning the showers. The hard part is helping people decide to suffer, change, and work.


This means a gym is really in the marketing and sales business. So, we will optimize everything around that constraint.


For this type of business to last, you have to be good at building offers, marketing, sales…, and learn to build a predictable sales and marketing machine.


Then I will propose a program that maximizes your success in that direction.

We’re getting there. We found out what is “the business behind your business.” I shared my summary of your type of business. We also saw how all of this ties to your reality right now.

At the end of the session. I propose a plan and a custom program that fit your reality.

We talk it through. We change the program order together. We agree on a final version to follow.
