This policy describes the processing of personal data carried out by Alban Mezino, sole trader trading as PROVOK, SIRET 83457785000060, 57 rue Maréchal Joffre, 44000 Nantes, France — provok@hyperstonk.com.
It applies to the websites https://provokcx.com and https://hyperstonk.com, to PROVOK coaching services, and to Hyperstonk subscriptions (Pro / Pro Lite) paid via Stripe.

No targeted advertising. No sale of mailing lists. Card data is collected and processed by Stripe. PROVOK does not have access to it.
3. Legal bases
- Performance of a contract: paid account, subscription, coaching, billing.
- Legal obligations: invoices, accounting (SIRET, amounts, identity).
- Legitimate interest: anonymized audience statistics, site security, establishment or defense of a legal claim.
- Consent: Hyperstonk email alerts (you can unsubscribe). No targeted ads.
4. Recipients and processors
- PROVOK: internal processing (sessions, emails, invoices, account).
- Stripe, Inc. / Stripe Payments Europe: payments and subscriptions. https://stripe.com/privacy
- Cal.com, Inc.: coaching slot booking. https://cal.com/privacy
- Vercel Inc.: hosting and analytics for both sites. https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy
- Resend: sending transactional emails and content alerts. https://resend.com/legal/privacy-policy
These providers may process data from the United States. The transfer relies on their standard contractual clauses / published GDPR mechanisms.
No sale of mailing lists. Card data stays with Stripe. PROVOK does not have access to it.
5. Retention periods
- Invoices and accounting records: 10 years.
- Hyperstonk account and associated data (profile, bookmarks, business context, goals, alerts): life of the account. Deleting the account erases this data immediately. Invoices are not erased (see below).
- Coaching file / session notes: duration of the relationship + 3 years.
- Email inquiries with no follow-up: 3 years.
- Content alerts: until unsubscribe.
- Cal.com data: as determined by Cal.com; deletion on request after the session if there is no contract.
- Vercel Analytics: as configured by Vercel (aggregated data).
- Language cookie: session duration / a few months depending on the browser.
- Theme localStorage: until deleted by the user.

7. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability, within the limits provided by the GDPR (in particular accounting obligations).
